Ananas, French Bar & Brasserie - The Rocks, Sydney

If you want to reveal your inner raconteur while sipping on a cocktail in the heart of Sydney then get down to Ananas Bar and Brasserie, an avant-garde Parisian-styled restaurant and bar just opened by Australian restaurant Tsar, John Szangolies.

I'm honored to have worked on the styling of the restaurant with John and Sandi Szangolies and a group of interior designers, garden designers and a fantastic building team.

Some of the deco our studio imported are menagerie of rare bird sculptures by the collectable artist, Sergio Bustamante and 1940s Palm Tree and Pineapple brass sculpture lamps by esteemed Parisian design house, Maison Jansen which was founded in 1880. We added plush velvets, silks, cut crystal and tassels to the fabulous Parisian brasserie design.

Get pineappled with a Parisian twist...get down to Brasserie Ananas and join in the fun:
